What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  Please note that all Trading Card Games sales are final and as such we are unable to accept returns for any reason, however if there is a defect please contact us at support@meeplesandbeyond.com so we may further assist you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.  You are responsible for the return shipping fees. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  If you receive the wrong product, we will cover return shipping fees.

What is your cancelation policy

If you cancel a non pre order item prior to shipment we will issue you a full refund.  If your item is a pre order, we will charge you a 10% restocking fee (even if the item has not shipped) and issue you a refund for the remainder of your balance.  If you cancel your order after it has shipped, you will have to follow the return policy and return the item to us in the same condition received and pay the 10% restocking fee.  Please note that once a TCG item has shipped it can not be cancelled or returned.  If you need assistance due to unforeseen extenuating circumstances that affect your ability to complete the order please email us at support@meeplesandbeyond.com.

 

Restocking Fee                                                                                                                       

Please note we charge a 10% restocking fee for all returns, including pre orders that are canceled prior to fulfillment.  We will waive the 10% restocking fee in cases where we send you the wrong product, or you are performing a product exchange, or if there are extenuating circumstances as evaluated by us on a case by case basis.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Please document the damage by taking close up and distant photos of the damaged game, the box and the packing material in the box.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like sale items or gift cards and any Trading Card Games.

All Trading Card Games sales such as Pokemon are final.  To ensure product integrity we only sell factory sealed product direct from reputable distribution sources.  If you received a defective product please email us at support@meeplesandbeyond.com for further assistance.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
